Wipe the skin with ice cubes as necessary, but at least 2 times a day. At the same time, try not to linger on one point for longer than 3 seconds. All of these components can be found in the kitchen cabinet or in the refrigerator; herbs can be purchased at the pharmacy.

  1. Cornflower and lemon. Brew in 270 ml. hot water 60 gr. dry cornflower, insist for at least 40 minutes. Now strain the composition, squeeze the juice of one lemon to it (can be replaced with one grapefruit), pour into molds. Freeze, use as directed.
  2. Oak bark and cucumber. Wash 1 cucumber under cold water, cut the nose and tip, place in a blender and grind into porridge. In a separate bowl, pour 220 ml. boiling water 55 gr. oak bark, let it brew, then boil the composition for 15 minutes, cool. Strain the medicinal decoction, mix it with the cucumber mass, pour it into the forms, put in the freezer.
  3. Grapefruit. Take 1 grapefruit, wash it, squeeze the juice in a convenient way. Send the zest to an enameled pan, pour 150 ml. water, simmer for half an hour. Drain the solution, cool, mix with squeezed grapefruit juice. Prepare ice packs, pour the composition over them, send them to freeze.
  4. Parsley and dill. To prepare cosmetic ice according to this recipe, you will need to take 1 bunch of parsley and 1 bunch of dill. Without removing the legs, send the plants to a blender or mortar. Bring to a state where the juice comes out. After that, pour parsley with dill 55 ml. cool water, send in ice bags. Freeze, apply as needed.
  5. Potatoes. To prepare potato ice, you need to wash and pass through the meat grinder two medium-sized tubers (the peel can not be removed). Now the mushy mass must be mixed with 60 ml. fat yogurt and put in tins. Then the mixture needs to be frozen, used only after morning washing.
  6. Salt. Pour 280 ml into the pan. boiling water, add 60 gr. crushed sea salt without perfumes and impurities. Pour 20 g. drinking soda, mix until the granules dissolve in water. Pour the solution into molds or ice packs, put in the chamber for final freezing. Ice is used once a day as a cleaning agent.
  7. Tea. You can use both black, green and red tea to make ice using this recipe. Brew 40 gr. tea leaves (or 4 bags) in boiling water, leave for 1 hour. After that, add 3-4 ml to the composition. rosewood ether and 2 ml. ether patchouli, mix. Pour the mixture into molds, place in the freezer for final cooking.
  8. Geranium. Buy in a pharmacy or collect on your own inflorescences of geraniums. You need to take 70 gr. herbs, then send it to the pot with boiling water and insist for about 1.5 hours. After the specified time, the mixture is filtered, poured into molds and frozen.

  1. The prepared mask must have a uniform consistency, otherwise the result will be incomplete. To bring the composition to this state, use two forks, a blender, a mixer, a meat grinder or other convenient tools.
  2. The mask is applied to the face not in hot or cold, but exclusively in a warm form. Due to this feature, the upper layers of the epidermis are steamed, as a result of which the agent is better absorbed. The mask gives away useful elements in full, and does not harden with a crust on the surface.
  3. To apply the mask evenly, use a cosmetic sponge, spatula, tablespoon or thick makeup brush. Do not apply the composition with your fingers, since this method does not guarantee a smooth surface.

  1. Potatoes and milk. Peel and wash two medium potato tubers, cook them. Mash with a fork or grind in a blender until puree, pour 35 ml. milk (fat content from 3.2% and above), add 1 egg yolk. Stir, spread over the skin with a thick layer, leave for half an hour. Fix the mask with cling film so that it does not drain.
  2. Honey and cottage cheese. Take 55 gr. fat village cottage cheese, add 35 gr. granulated sugar (cane). Start pouring liquid honey in such a way that the composition regains a mushy state. Spread the mass over your face, wait 25 minutes. After this, do not rush to rinse, massage the skin with circular movements for another 5 minutes.
  3. Currants and sour cream. Take 2 handfuls of fresh currants (preferably red), send the washed berries to a blender, chop. Add 20 gr. edible gelatin and 35 gr. oily sour cream, mix. Leave the mixture to swell for 15 minutes, then make a mask. The duration of the procedure is 30 minutes. If desired, currants can be replaced with sour grapes.
  4. Walnut and honey. Take 7 kernels of walnuts, grind them into powder in a convenient way (coffee grinder, hammer, blender, grater, etc.). Grind 15 gr. butter with 20 gr. honey, add nuts to the mixture. The final composition should be viscous. Make a mask, leave for 25 minutes. After the procedure, rub the mixture into the skin by scrubbing. Rinse with warm water.
  5. Lemon and cottage cheese. Wash 1 lemon, chop it into small cubes, send it to the blender along with the seeds and zest. Mix the resulting porridge with 100 gr. low-fat cottage cheese, spread the mass over the skin, soak for 20 minutes. After the specified time, rub the mask, rubbing it into the face for 5 minutes, remove with water.
  6. Honey and gelatin. Melt in a water bath 50 gr. honey, cool slightly so that the mixture does not burn the skin.After that pour 20 g. gelatin and pour 10 ml. glycerin, leave to swell at room temperature. Apply the mixture on the skin, wait about half an hour. Rinse with warm water, wipe your face with ice.
  7. Coffee grounds and linen. Brew in 40 ml. hot water 10 gr. flax seeds, leave for 40 minutes. After this time, squeeze the liquid, mix flax with coffee grounds, add 30 gr. thick honey. Apply the mixture on the face, massage the skin. The duration of the procedure is 5 minutes. When finished, remove with water and apply hydrogel.
  8. Sauerkraut and yeast. Take 40 gr. sauerkraut, squeeze the juice and pass through a meat grinder / blender. Add 8 g to the resulting porridge. dry yeast (preferably brewer's) and 10 ml. olive oil. Make a mask, cover your face with cling film or gauze so that the mixture does not fall. Soak for no longer than 45 minutes, remove excess with a napkin, wipe the dermis with cosmetic ice.
  9. Tea. Especially effective are the leaves of long leaf and jasmine tea. Brew the selected tea with boiling water, let it brew for half an hour. Then strain (we still need a solution), apply a compress of leaves to the skin, wait 25 minutes. After this time, remove the residue, soak a cotton pad in the tea and wipe your face.
  10. Oatmeal and kefir. Brew 35 gr. oatmeal or bran in kefir, leave for 3 hours until completely swollen. Cover the face with the resulting mass, wait half an hour. Now massage the skin in a circular motion for 5 minutes, remove with water.
