How to use Jerusalem artichoke with diabetes

Jerusalem artichoke is a source of inulin. The substance that the pear is rich in is recommended for type 2 diabetes. It normalizes the level of sugar in the patient's body. Tasty and tender casserole is also prepared from:

  • fresh and salted mushrooms - 200 g each;
  • Jerusalem artichoke - 600 g;
  • low-fat hard cheese - 50 g;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • eggs - 1 pc.;
  • vegetable oil - 30-40 ml;
  • breadcrumbs.

You will also need spices and salt, because without spices the dish will turn out to be too fresh.
First, onion cubes or half rings are fried in a pan. Then, salted mushrooms and fresh mushrooms are passaged separately. The components are brought to half-preparedness, then mixed, a little water is added to the container and stewed for 3-4 minutes.

While the onions are languishing in a pan, the washed Jerusalem artichoke is boiled in boiling water. It is better to salt the base, but it is important not to overdo it with spices. The liquid is drained and the root crop is turned into a smoothie, seasoned with a raw egg. Add mushroom mass to the earthen pear, mix.

The paste is transferred to a mold greased with softened butter. The bottom is sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Puree of mushrooms and earthen pears are leveled. The last layer is grated cheese, so that the casserole has a piquant viscous crust. The dish is cooked for 25 minutes, turning on the oven 180 degrees. Serve hot and cold.

  1. Grind 1.5–2 kg of washed root crops. Squeeze the juice.
  2. Pour the drink into a pan with a thick bottom, put on minimal heat.
  3. Preheat to 45-50 degrees. It is impossible above to prevent vitamins and minerals from evaporating from the workpiece.
  4. Stew future syrup for 10 minutes. Remove and cool, and then put on the stove again.

Freshly squeezed juice from an earthen pear is heated several times. Part of the workpiece should evaporate. The drink will become thick and viscous, similar to honey.
