Any products containing dyes, flavor enhancers, trans fats, preservatives are removed from the diet without regret. As drinks, natural juices, berry-fruit boil, rosehip broth, weak tea are suitable.

The basis of the diet should be stewed, steamed vegetables, low-fat varieties of meat and fish, poultry fillet, cereal. For dessert, it is better to choose fruit mixes, inappropriate pastries, mousses, smoothies, jelly, marshmallows, marshmallows.
