Tomatoes Legend Tarasenko belong to the indeterminate type. It is necessary to carry out pinching in a timely manner, as well as to tie the bushes to a solid support. This is required in order to preserve the stem so that it does not break off under the weight of the ripening fruit. On each branch, there are from 5 to 7 brushes. Experienced vegetable growers are advised to leave two or three cm long shoots when they are pinching so that kidneys do not form.
The variety feels great both in open areas and in greenhouse conditions. In the first case, it can grow up to 1.8 meters in height, and in a greenhouse it can reach two meters. Since a variety of indeterminate type, it is necessary to form it in two to three stems. This will give the best result. The lower leaves are necessarily removed.

Externally, the fruits are bright red. They have an even, round shape, the surface is smooth. The peel of tomatoes is dense, resistant to external damage. Fruits perfectly tolerate transportation and retain a beautiful appearance. Harvested at the end of summer, the crop can be stored until the New Year.

Planting seeds
At the time of preparation of seedlings have a direct impact on the climatic conditions of the area. A 60-day-old seedling is planted at a constant place of growth. Preparation of seeds for growing is as follows:
- Seed selection. At this stage, only healthy seeds should be carefully selected and defective seeds removed. To do this, they are placed in a glass with saline. Floated seeds are thrown away, and those that remain at the bottom are used for growing.
- Seeds are dried and warmed for 5 minutes at 55 degrees. There is a longer way: put the seeds on the battery for a couple of days.
- Be sure to disinfect the seeds with a solution of potassium permanganate (1 - percent). It is enough to hold the seeds in the solution for 20 minutes.
- For greater productivity, planting seeds should be kept in a nutrient solution. You can purchase special inorganic products, such as Gumat, Epin and others, as well as use folk methods and tools: aloe juice, potatoes.
- Before planting, the seeds should be sprouted by placing them in a damp cloth. An important condition: oxygen access and constant humidity.
Sprouted seeds are planted in ordinary containers, to a depth of not more than 1 cm. It is recommended to add peat, sawdust, humus to the soil. Cover the top of the container with foil and maintain the temperature at 25 degrees.
A week after planting in containers, the seeds need to be hardened. It can be planted in open ground in the presence of two to three full-fledged leaves.
Landing
Before planting seeds, you need to prepare a hole with a depth of 40 cm and a side size of half a meter. At the bottom place peat, ash, humus. Everything must be thoroughly mixed with the soil.A pair of plants can be placed in the pit.
It is important to observe the distance between plants when planting. It is necessary to provide enough air and light for each plant. Between individual bushes it is enough to maintain a distance of 1 meter, and between rows - one and a half.
Freshly planted plants need to be poured with a potassium permanganate solution in the amount of 3 grams per 10 liters of water.
Watering, top dressing
In general, the variety is not pretentious in care. It is enough to water the plant every 7 days. Watering should be moderate, and at the same time, plentiful - up to 10 liters per bush. This is due to the large mass of the bush. After watering, mandatory loosening of the soil and mulching is required.
The first top dressing is introduced 14 days after transplanting. The second - with the advent of the ovary, and the third - at the very beginning of the formation of fruits.
The variety is resistant to diseases characteristic of tomatoes and pests.
