You need to take a half liter jar of cold water, stir in it 1-2 tbsp. salt and soak the seeds. Seeds suitable for sowing and ready to be harvested will settle to the bottom, and the hollow ones will remain on the surface.
Disinfection of the material is performed in a weak solution of potassium permanganate. Seeds are poured into a gauze bag and kept in a solution for a quarter of an hour. Then they are washed and dried, only after that they begin to grow seedlings.
