How to clean white skin at home

Genuine white leather products look fashionable and spectacular, but give their owners a lot of trouble. Spots on a light surface appear quickly, and in order to get rid of contaminants, you have to come up with effective and safe cleaning methods that will not damage sensitive material.

How to clean white skin

First aid

Dust, paint and other substances that just got on the jacket or boots should be removed immediately using a damp cloth or a wrinkled sheet of paper. The latter should not have inscriptions or drawings that can be imprinted on the skin.

Tip: Antibacterial wipes work more efficiently, which are more aggressive than ordinary ones.

Traces of the handle are recommended to wipe with an ordinary eraser. A few neat movements - and no spots. A similar method only works with simple soiling.

Complex stains at home should be treated with soapy water. It will dissolve the substance that has eaten into the skin and will facilitate further cleaning. In three parts of water, part of the shampoo, baby or household soap, which is pre-crushed to a state of shavings, is diluted. The solution helps with gray plaque or "fingerprints" of jeans, but after using it, the thing should be treated with petroleum jelly or fat cream. The soap overdries the natural skin, so cracks will appear on it faster. Moisturizers protect the jacket and bag and extend their life. An alternative to petroleum jelly is a colorless shoe polish. It is not suitable for working with varnished things that, due to it, become dull and look dirty.

A cotton swab with a few drops of milk to remove makeup will remove traces of lipstick, mascara or foundation. You can also try micellar fluid, which can cope with any makeup in seconds.

Heavy artillery

At home, white skin is recommended to bathe in a soapy solution, in which ammonia is added to enhance the effect. To prepare the product, use cool water or room temperature, but not hot. A soft rag is suitable, and if you have to deal with a serious stain, you should use a sponge to wash the dishes.

Dampen the wash accessory in the solution and carefully treat the dirt, trying to move from the edges of the stain to the center so that it does not spread out over the entire purse or jacket. The second time walk a rag that is dipped in clean water. Finish the procedure with castor oil or dietary glycerin. The product is rubbed into a leather product until it begins to shine.

Folk methods

An ordinary onion works well. It is cut in half and processed thing until the vegetable turns gray. Dirty stains should be wiped with a flannel rag, and the bulb should be used until the product turns perfectly white. Hang the item for several hours at an open window so that a specific smell disappears, and then rub the baby cream into the skin. To make the jacket or bag smell pleasantly, any essential oil should be added to the moisturizer, literally 2-3 drops.

Castor and protein
Milk has a whitening effect. The liquid product is heated, a little castor oil and 1-2 beaten egg whites are added. Thoroughly chop the components, hang the jacket or bag on the shoulders. Arm yourself with a flannel rag that is wetted in a milk solution. Stains are wiped with a damp cloth, after which you can rinse off the residues with warm water. A new piece of cloth is wetted in a clean liquid; they are not recommended to wet a complete leather product.

Turpentine and gasoline
Stubborn stains should be treated with a paste prepared from talc and turpentine. You should get a thick mass, similar in texture to sour cream. It is better to wear gloves on your hands, and apply slurry to the spots with a cotton swab. Cover the turpentine mixture with glass and press down on top with something heavy. Wait until it dries, and then gently sweep with a soft brush. Remember to apply cream or petroleum jelly to moisturize.

An alternative to turpentine is gasoline. The substance is used only in extreme cases, because it is difficult to get rid of a specific aroma. Armed with white flaps that moisten with a small amount of gasoline, and then wipe the dirt. Change cloths until they remain clean. Finish the procedure with lemon juice: squeeze a little liquid from half of the citrus and apply to the skin with a cotton swab. It will muffle the smell and lighten the place on which the spot flashed. It is advisable to hang the thing for ventilation on the balcony, but hide it from direct sunlight.

How to remove ink

In equal proportions, mix alcohol and table vinegar. Moisten a cotton swab in a household product that is applied to the stain for 5–10 minutes to dissolve the ink. Wipe off contamination until it disappears. After the procedure, it is imperative to wash off the residues with water and apply any moisturizer so that the product does not lose its luster and is not covered with a net of wrinkles or cracks.

Did all the means fail? There are only two options: wash the product in the machine in a delicate mode, or go to the dry cleaning. But if professionals could not save the thing, you will have to say goodbye to it or leave it for trips to the country.
