The third method is effective for hepatitis and gastritis:

  • pour half a liter of clean water into the pan
  • throw 1/2 cup oat grains there
  • put the pan in the refrigerator for 12 days
  • after 12 days, boil
  • after boiling, sweat under the lid for 30 minutes
  • leave overnight, add another half liter of clean cold water in the morning
  • consume 2 tablespoons three times a day

  • put the contents of the pan in a thermos and leave it overnight
  • the resulting broth is stored in the refrigerator, but it is heated before use
  • take 3 times a day for half a glass

The third method of brewing in a thermos is supplemented with other components: Pour a glass of clean washed oats with a liter of boiling water. Simmer for an hour, stirring constantly and not boiling. After an hour, add boiling water to the pan until the same amount of contents is obtained. Put the broth in a thermos and leave it overnight.

To make the broth a homogeneous consistency, grind it with a sieve. Pour into it 1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey, squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Drink a glass a day half an hour before meals

Do not brew a lot of oat grains. It is best to do this at least once every 2-3 days, so that the broth is fresh. And do not forget to follow a diet and limit yourself to smoking, so that the liver stops working at maximum load, and takes up self-healing.
