  3. When the tenderloin has boiled, remove it and chop it into small pieces of 2-2 cm in size. Send it back to the pan. At this time, cook the chopped onion and grated carrots.
  4. Send the vegetables to fry in vegetable oil, after about 7 minutes, introduce tomato paste or a few fresh peeled tomatoes. Cook another 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  2. In the case of lamb or beef, you can cook low-calorie cabbage soup. After boiling the composition on the stove, do not forget to descale. Add cold water if necessary. This way you can completely get rid of the foam. Keep in mind that the broth will prepare about 3 hours.
  3. Peel and wash the cabbage in parallel. Chop the vegetable to your liking. Once the broth is ready, mix the cabbage into it. Meanwhile, start preparing potatoes, chop the root crop into small cubes. As soon as the components boil, add the chopped vegetable to them.
